On Wed. Sept. 13, 2017, the Hamilton Police Service held a “New Hires, Promotions, & Presentations” ceremony at the Winona Vine Estates on Glover Rd. in Winona.

 Representing I.P.A. Canada R-10 was Larry Sheppard.  During the ceremony, Larry was called forward as the representative of R-10 to present a plaque and one year membership to the recruit chosen by his/her peers as the person they would most likely choose as their best friend and confidant.  The winner was MacKenzie Seebach.  (see attached photo).
